- Cancellation Policy:
- Guests who cancel 48 hours or more before 3:00 PM PST on the day of check-in are charged no fee. Guests who cancel less than 48 hours before 3:00 PM PST on the day of check-in are charged 1 night plus tax.
- No-Show Policy:
- No-shows will be charged for the first night plus tax.
- Check-In:
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
- Check-Out:
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Pet Policy:
- As our rooms are designed to provide an odor and allergen-free environment for our guests, our motel has a no-pet policy. Violation of this policy will result in a minimum damage fee of $100.
- Smoking Policy:
- Smoking in any of our rooms will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
- Taxes:
- Applicable taxes are subject to change without notice. Our current tax is 10.50%
- Damages:
- Guests are held liable for any damage and or missing items/appliances caused whether by deliberate, negligence, or reckless act to the room (s), motel’s premises, or property caused by the guests or the guests’ parties. Sea Echo Motel has the right to charge guests’ credit/debit cards for the amount that shall deem necessary to repair the damages or replace lost items/appliances. Should these damages and missing items/appliances be noticed after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to contact the guest, letting him or her know of the damages and/or missing items/appliances, and the cost associated with repairing damages and/or replacing missing items/appliances. The guests will be charged accordingly.
